Hi, I'm Keila Scott Perkins, owner of Scott's Mobile Homes.  This business is much more than a career to me—it's a family legacy.  My father dedicated more than 30 years to the manufactured housing industry, building a business known for honesty, hard work, and taking care of his customers. At 84 years old, he entrusted me with carrying that legacy forward, and it is both an honor and a responsibility I take seriously. My goal is to continue growing the company while staying true to the values that made it successful. 

     For nearly 30 years, I have served in education. My career as an educator taught me the importance of listening, building relationships, solving problems, and putting people first—qualities that continue to guide how I serve my customers today.

     Alongside my husband, we own and operate a real estate investment and property management company, where we purchase homes, develop land, and manage rental properties. This background has given me extensive experience in property valuation, budgeting, financing, and helping people make sound real estate decisions.
